Saudi Arabia-Yemen

The Saudi military said its air force bombed weapons shipments arriving in the Yemeni city of Mukalla, the country’s largest port on the Arabian Sea. It’s also the gateway to Yemen’s oil reserves. The weapons and vehicles were unloaded this morning from two ships that had left the Emirati port of Fujairah and had disabled their tracking systems, Saudi officials said.

Ukraine-Russia

After President Zelensky met with Trump, Russia’s Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, claimed that Ukraine launched 91 long-range drones directed at Putin’s residence. This has been denied by Ukraine and Zelensky, who argue that Russia is attempting to derail the peace negotiations. There have been no reports of the attack by the residents of Valdai, where Putin’s dacha is located.

Israel

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with Trump at Mar-a-Lago. Their meeting was much more amicable. Trump stated that there will be hell to pay if Hamas does not disarm in a very short time. Trump also stated there will be terrible consequences for Iran if it restarts its nuclear programme, and backed Israel’s right to strike it.

Boeing secured a deal to provide Israel with 25 F-15IA fighter jets. The $8.6 billion deal will be funded through the Pentagon.

Pakistan-Afghanistan
