According to sources, the US can only confirm that about one-third of Iran’s missile arsenal has been destroyed. The status of another third is unknown as the storage sites have been damaged. Some missiles may be buried and inaccessible until after fighting stops.

President Trump announced that he will delay attacking Iran’s power plants by another ten days. This is after he delayed the attacks by five days last weekend.

Sources say Kash Patel’s personal email was breached by Iranian hackers. The hacker group Handala HackTeam took credit for the attack and posted images online of the FBI director and his purported resume.

Kuwait

Kuwaiti authorities broke up a cell associated with Iran. Kuwait claims that it thwarted a terrorist plot that aimed to carry out assassinations of state figures and leaders. The cell included a number of Kuwaiti citizens who worked with Hezbollah.

Russia

Russia is in talks with the Afghan Taliban for recruiting workers. It should be noted that in Africa, foreign workers have been forced into the Russian military and on the frontlines against Ukraine.

The Kremlin is denying that Putin solicited war contributions from Russian billionaires. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov claims that the proposal was put forward at a private gathering that Putin attended, held alongside the annual congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, a pro-Kremlin business lobby. It was reported earlier that Putin asked for “voluntary contributions.”

Democratic Republic of Congo

The UN’s top envoy for the DRC warned the UN Security Council that the conflict in the DRC is escalating, expanding, and there is an increased use of heavy weapons and drones in the conflict. Vivian van de Perre, who heads the nearly 9,000-member MONUSCO peacekeeping force, stated that the situation in Ituri province also “remains alarming”, and that the conflict is expanding from North and South Kivu into Tshopo province.

Ukraine

President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a deal with Saudi Arabia to share drone defence expertise and technology with the kingdom. The document lays the foundation for future contracts, technological cooperation and investment.
